How to extract zip files in Windows
With these simple steps, you can easily open a zip file in windows.
  1. Open the folder where the zip file is stored that you want to extract.
  2. Find and double click on the ‘Zip folder or file’ to extract it.
  3. File Explorer windows open with the Zip file you selected.
  4. Click on the ‘Extract’ tab at the top center of the window.
  5. Click ‘Extract all’ option in the opened toolbar.
  6. Click the ‘Extract’ button at the bottom.

How to Unlink Your Phone Number from WeChat

To verify your WeChat account, you have to link a phone number to the WeChat ID. •    Go to the WeChat application on the computer or mobile device.

Use Microsoft office Excel to Keep Control Over Your Finance

I used to be a financial analyst and used Microsoft excel in a variety of ways. From building financial models to using it as a crude database, excel can be used for many different purposes and you can use it very easy to keep an eye on your finances. This first thing to do is to create an excel file. Name it “Finance” or something like that and save it on your computer and also on a flash drive for backup.
If you have never used excel before, then let me first tell you that the time you invest into learning some very basic excel skills will help you later because once you have a basic model set up, maintaining it takes very little time. I will not go over the rudimentary basics of excel in this article but will assume that you know how to work your way around an excel file and some basic commands.
The first step is to set up your output sheet. The first sheet on the bottom left of the screen should be renamed “output”. In this sheet, you will have a top-level view of your finances. For example, the first line should track your bank account. You can have separate lines for your checking and savings accounts. The next line should be about your investments. The goal is to separate out your inflows from your outflows. So the first few lines should be your inflows. Then the next few lines should be all your outflows such as recurring monthly bills, credit card payments and your estimate of your monthly food bills, electric bills, etc. Feel free to color code your inflows and outflows. I like to use Green and Red.
The last line should subtract the outflows from the inflows and should be labeled “Savings.” Your goal is to keep this line positive every month. Now you can use all the other sheets for each specific line item. One sheet should track your checking account; another should oversee your savings account and a third – your credit card and so on. Link up each sheet with the output sheet. Now you have your skeleton file set up and all you have to do is key in the input numbers into the background sheets every month. Then calculate the totals in each of those sheets and have the totals feed into your output sheet. Keep tabs on your finances this way and you will never lose track of them.

Microsoft office Word AutoCorrect – Reasons You Might Want to Turn It Off

AutoCorrect can be tremendously useful when writing a document. It’s nice to have ‘teh’ magically fixed and changed to ‘the’, but there are times when this feature is less than helpful. Learn how to turn off AutoCorrect and when you might want to do so.
What does AutoCorrect do?
This is a tool in Microsoft Word that checks what you’re typing as you type it. It has a list of sequences of characters to look for. If you type some characters that match one of the entries in the list, the program automatically changes what you typed to what it thinks should be there (by what is specified in the list). By default, the list that AutoCorrect uses contains the most common typos and spelling errors, along with some symbols.
For instance, if you type (c) AutoCorrect will replace this with the copyright symbol.
If you type teh, AutoCorrect will replace this with the word the.
Optional features in this little tool include changing text when you put two capital letter next to each other. So, if you type TWo, it will be changed to Two. Other options are to force the first letter of a sentence to be capitalized, to capitalize the first letter in the cells of tables, to capitalize the names of the day, and to fix accidental usage of the caps lock key.
When should you not use AutoCorrect?
At times, this feature can cause you problems. Rather than just turn the entire feature off, I suggest just knowing about AutoCorrect so you can change something that repeatedly annoys you. Here are some common situations in which this feature can be annoying.
When you need to type something in ALL CAPS-You can change the option to stop the program from converting capitals, or you can just change the formatting of the font to display ALL CAPS.
When you are not writing with complete sentences.
When your typo is not really a typo
How to change the AutoCorrect settings, or turn it off
Go into the AutoCorrect dialog box.
In Microsoft Word 2019, click on the File tab and select Options. In the Word Options dialog box, click on Proofing. The first button you can click is AutoCorrect. Click on the button to open the dialog box.
In MS Word 2007, click on the big Office button on the top left of the program. Click Options. Click on Proofing. Then, click on the button for AutoCorrect.
Change a default setting
Just check or uncheck the option
Add one of your common typos to the AutoCorrect list
Under the checkbox for “Replace text as you type,” put in your typing error in the left-hand side field. On the right-hand side field select plain text or formatted text. If you select the plain text, just type in the correct word. If you select the formatted text, paste your correct text inside that field. Click Add.
Delete an entry in AutoCorrect’s list
Scroll through the list. Select it. Click Delete.

Office 365 now available in 38 new markets

Office 365 is expanding commercial availability in 38 new markets, 3 new languages, and 5 new currencies.  Office 365 is now available in 127 markets worldwide and it is easier for customers to pay with their method of choice.  For both the Philippines and Thailand all Office 365 plans are now available for customers to subscribe to.  The other new markets can now start a 120-day trial before paid subscriptions are made available.
The new languages include Vietnamese, Arabic, and Malay. This raises the number of Office 365 languages to 36, including English.
New markets include:  Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Lebanon, Jamaica, Bolivia, Brunei, Nicaragua, Honduras, Albania, Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Senegal, Côte d’Ivoire, Georgia, Ghana, Mauritius, Macao SAR, Iraq, Bermuda, Rwanda, Belize, Cameroon, Nepal, Moldova, Mongolia, Zimbabwe, Barbados, Cape Verde, Fiji, Kyrgyzstan, U.S. Virgin Islands, The Bahamas, Cayman Islands, Angola, Libya,[1]Bangladesh, Uzbekistan, Yemen.
New currencies accepted for payment include:  Brazilian Real (BRL), Mexican Peso (MXN), Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), Hong Kong Dollar (HKD) and Indian Rupee (INR).
